
Explosive first step and quick, explosive lateral movements and powerful knee drive during linear sprinting are all abilities that your better baseball players possess. The ability to move quickly, powerfully, and efficiently in all directions will be the focus of training during SAQ sessions. Agility ladders, hurdles, vipers, and sidewinders will be used to help develop one’s hip and core strength. All drills will be baseball specific to replicate movements on the field.
